The roots of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Organic can be found in the north west of the province of Granada.
With an altitude of 1,150 metres that brings hot summers and harsh winters, the land conditions restrict the volume of olives produced but by contrast are key contributory factors to the unique and intense organoleptic qualities of the fruit.
Three years ago our passion for the business led us to take the decision to adapt our land to Ecological Production and we believe this is the best way to protect the local flora and fauna and create the perfect agroecological environment.
